Fabien Gendron, CPA

Fabien is one of our partners and is the main point of contact for business, technology, and tax questions or services.

He manages our firm’s engagements and meets with prospective clients who are interested in our virtual controllership services. He is also heavily involved in the firm’s marketing initiatives.

Outside of the office, you can find Fabien at the farmer’s market, or spending time with his 4 kids.

Joanna Gordon, CPA
Manager
 

Joanna joined Reach CPA in 2021.

After travelling the world and living in the UK for 13 years, Joanna came back to her hometown of Terrace to raise her family close to grandparents, uncle, and aunties.

​

Joanna is also an accomplished musician, having taught piano and currently playing the french horn in the Terrace community orchestra.

Paul LaFleur

Paul joined our team in June 2019 as our administrative and marketing assistant to start, and progressed to accounting technician since.

​

When he is not in the office Paul enjoys his time hiking, brewing wine and enjoying nature.

Naomi Hadden
Accounting Technician
 

Naomi joined the team in 2018. She does a variety of bookkeeping tasks, PST/GST returns, and payroll for Reach CPA's clients.

​

When Naomi is not at Reach. she can be found enjoying crafts and other activities with her daughter, visiting various markets and community events, and exploring the world with her daughter (the beauty of being able to work remotely).

Glen Kavaliunus
Accounting Technician
& Programmer

Glen joined Reach CPA in 2017. He works primarily with our virtual controllership clients. He works with our clients to convert data from their existing accounting software to Xero and will complete the bookkeeping, PST/GST returns, payroll needs, and year-end tax accounting on their behalf.

When Glen is not busy with our clients’ bookkeeping, he can be found spending time with his wife and his daughter.

Lauren Cross
Marketing Manager
 

Lauren joined the Reach CPA team in December 2023, leading all our marketing efforts. 

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, exploring the activities Vancouver Island has to offer.

In her downtime, she enjoys going to musicals, hiking, camping and growing her quilting skills. 

Danielle Hadden
Office Manager

Danielle joined the team October 2023 in the administrative role of Office Manager. She joined while on maternity leave and found it a perfect transition back to work while being able to work from home and still be close to her little one.

When Danielle is not at work, she is found adventuring with her toddler. Anything to do with Music, exploring nature, travelling, crafting, and spending time with her family is what fills her cup!
